As a child, Shirlee Lind was inspired by rich visual experiences of Oregon. Her innate artistic talent and love of animals and nature led her to a juried art show as a teen.
Developing her artistic styles, Shirlee branched out to architecture, holiday scenes as well as nature.
Her commissioned work is displayed in stores from the Cascades to the Pacific Ocean.
As an instructor for Clackamas Community College, Gladstone Schools (for both adults and children), Shirlee Lind is not only a beloved teacher but an inspiration for both emerging and established artists. Teaching oils and acrylics, Shirlee’s calling to help others has resulted in a network of appreciative artists, businesses and students.
